To find the right company for you tool, select the variables you find most interesting. Results are shown for up to 25 companies that meet the criteria selected. If you select Not Important for any variable, that variable will not be considered in the result. Sorting on fewer variables will produce broader search results. If you select a state preference, only companies that have one of their three biggest locations in that state will appear.
For the purposes of this tool, Large companies are defined as having 10,000 employees or more, while Small companies have less than 10,000 employees. Companies with a high number of women are defined as those with 50% or more women on staff, and ethnically diverse are those with 25% or more minorities. Companies with high job growth are defined as those with growth of 8% or more, and low turnover are those with less than 12% voluntary turnover.
