Tokyo hails Playstation 2

NEW YORK (CNNfn) - "Playstation 2 mania" is what they are calling it in Tokyo. The crowds began lining up 48 hours before Sony's hot new video game was scheduled to go on sale Saturday.
    By Monday, Sony sold 980,000 units of its Playsation 2 video game to Japanese consumers, nearly matching its target of one million units for the first two days.
