The big jump in oil prices

LONDON (CNNfn) - In the U.S., oil prices remain at their highest since November 1990, three months after Iraq invaded Kuwait. And while U.S. consumers fear oil prices will climb, Europeans have long been paying high prices because of heavy taxes.
CNN's Daniel Beazer takes a look at climbing oil prices and Europeans' seeming immunity to them.
