The art world debates whether a particular painting for sale is by Richard Diebenkorn

NEW YORK (CNNfn) - The seller thought the painting was something he bought at a Berkeley garage sale, but some visitors thought the painting looked like a work of an American artist acclaimed for his abstract works, Richard Diebenkorn.

The painting was sold on e-Bay for $135,000 dollars, and it could be worth more if it is one of Diebenkorn's works. The art world is debating as CNN's Allan Dodds Frank takes a peek at the painting. Back to top
