NEW YORK (CNNfn) - Prenuptial agreements used to be only for the super rich people, but those days are gone.

Now, more young people in their 20's and 30's are wealthy. The booming stock market has also contributed to the growth in pre-nuptial agreements and lawyers are seeing more people signing them. As CNNfn's Lauren Thierry reports, these agreements are meant to stop your money from leaving when your spouse does. Back to top
