O2Micro raises $36M

High-performance circuit maker prices at top of range; second deal to price

NEW YORK (CNNfn) - 02Micro Inc. raised $36 million after pricing its shares at the top of the range ahead of initial public offering.

02Micro sold 4 million shares at $9 each, the top of its $7-to-$9 price range, via underwriters Robertson Stephens.

Grand Cayman, Cayman lslands-based 02Micro develops high performance circuits for Notebook computers, Internet appliances and wireless communications. The company plans to trade under "OIIM."
