NEW YORK (CNNfn) - If you are having a tough time recruiting new workers, offer cash bonuses to your current employees if they recruit a new employee.
Write a detailed job description and distribute it to employees so they will know exactly what kind of person you are looking for.
In this tight labor market, casting a wide net is essential.
Try advertising in newspapers one or two states away or in small towns in your own state where jobs may not be as plentiful.
Post jobs on job sites like www.monster.com , www.vault.com or www.hotjobs.com.
Ask your vendors and suppliers if they know good people looking for work.
