    IDT files for IPO

    Defense intelligence electronics & tech provider to sell shares on NYSE.

    NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Integrated Defense Technologies Inc, which provides electronics and technology products for defense and intelligence, said Wednesday it filed for an initial public offering.

    The company said it will seek to list the shares of its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange.

    IDT, which is owned by Veritas Capital, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday. graphic
