NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - No Chad will be left hanging this election season. At least not at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando in Florida.
The hotel at the amusement complex has been offering all people named Chad, holding proper identification, a hugely discounted $50-a-night stay through Election Day, said Jennifer Hodges, a spokeswoman for the hotel.
"Our special offer for Chads is all about keeping a sense of humor, even amid a contentious presidential election," Hard Rock Hotel's General Manager Lou Carrier said in a statement. "If your name is Chad, you probably need this kind of offer."
The deal has been so popular that all of the rooms are currently booked, said a Hard Rock Hotel reservation agent. The normal rate on the room offered is $239 a night.
For guests not named Chad, the hotel is giving supporters of President Bush a "Weapons of Mass Destruction Detector Kit" that includes a magnifying glass and whistle, while backers of Sen. John Kerry will receive a pair of flip-flops.
