A Dow dialdown
Futures point to a weaker open a day after the blue chip indicator crosses 11,000; dollar weaker.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) - Weakness in the dollar and higher oil prices could trigger a choppy start Tuesday on Wall Street, a day after the blue-chip Dow Jones industrial average crossed the 11,000 mark for the first time since 2001.

U.S. stock futures pointed to a decline at the opening bell.

Stocks rallied for a fifth straight session Monday, as the Dow industrials ventured over the 11,000 mark for the first time in more than 4-1/2 years. The Dow ended the session up 0.5 percent. The broader S&P 500 index added 0.4 percent, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq composite rose 0.6 percent for the day.

Oil prices were higher, as milder-than-expected winter weather in the Northeast was overshadowed by concern about Iran's nuclear power program. U.S. light crude futures for February delivery rose 53 cents to $64.03 a barrel in electronic trading, while London Brent crude gained 45 cents to $62.46 a barrel.

Treasury prices slipped, boosting the yield on the 10-year note to 4.39 percent from 4.37 percent level reached late Monday. The dollar slipped against both the yen and the euro.
