Tuesday quick turn After initial slide, U.S. stocks gain ground as oil resists resurgence. NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- U.S. stocks turned higher just after Tuesday's open as oil prices remained steady in the face of concerns about the Middle East. The Nasdaq composite gained 0.2 percent, as did the Dow industrials, while the S&P 500 was 0.1 percent higher. |
