Techs lead rebound U.S. stocks bounce off initial lows; investors await oil inventory report. NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- U.S. stocks turned higher after Wednesday's open as investors concerned themselves with oil supplies and prices. Markets rebounded after an official denial of market rumors of an explosion at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport. The Nasdaq composite gained 0.4 percent, the S&P 500 was up 0.1 percent and the Dow industrials were above breakeven. |
