Late trading stocks Amazon, Boeing, General Motors active. NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Here are some stocks that were moving in late trading Wednesday: Amazon.com (Charts) reported better-than-expected results late Tuesday as the Web retailer slowed the growth of its technology spending. Boeing (Charts) reported lower quarterly profit Wednesday, but still beat Wall Street expectations. Despite losses at the DaimlerChrysler's (Charts) Chrysler division, the automaker reported better-than-expected earnings and maintained its 2006 profit forecast. General Motors Corporation (Charts) earned third quarter profits that nearly doubled Wall Street's earnings expectations even as revenue fell short of forecasts. Honda Motor Co. (Charts) posted a slightly lower net income for the quarter, although the company raised its full-year earnings forecast due to strong sales of its fuel-efficient models in the United States.
