Wednesday's late moversBurger King, Caremark Rx, and Ford rise in late tradeNEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Here are some stocks that were moving in late trading Wednesday: Burger King (up $1.27 to $18.05, Charts) reported higher quarterly earnings Wednesday, helped by stronger sales and margins. Banta Corporation (up $7.93 to $52.21, Charts) is being bought by rival print firm Donnelley & Sons, which prints the Yellow Pages, for $1.3 billion. Caremark Rx Inc (down $1.44 to $47.79, Charts) agreed to be acquired by the pharmacy chain CVS for $20.8 billion. Ford Motor Company (up $0.22 to $8.50, Charts) stock rose on higher monthly sales data. Mastercard Inc.
