Wednesday's late moversAmong Wednesday's active traders were Merck, Sirius Satellite Radio and Scottish Power.NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Here are some of the companies whose shares were active in late trading Wednesday: Merck & Co. (Charts), Inc. faces a potential $5.58 billion in tax liabilities from U.S. and Canadian authorities related to accounting disputes over past transactions, it said. Satyam Computer Services (Charts), an India-based technology services firm, was upgraded to "buy" from "hold" by Citigroup analysts. Sirius Satellite Radio (Charts) Wednesday reported a smaller third-quarter net loss as revenue more than doubled on a sharp increase in subscribers to its fee-based service. Sanders Morris Harris Group (Charts) beat expectations on third-quarter estimates and revenue.
