Stocks fall on political uncertaintyWall Street rattled by close Senate races in Montana, Virginia. Oil rebounds; bonds little changed.NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Stocks fell Wednesday on uncertainty about the balance of power in Washington as control of the the Senate remained up for grabs after Tuesday's mid-term election. The Dow industrials, the Nasdaq and the S&P 500 all fell in the early going. Oil prices edged higher, staying above $59 a barrel, as OPEC continue to threaten cuts. |
