Techs edge up at openNasdaq higher as investors mull Intel, IBM news; broader markets mixed.NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- U.S. stocks were mixed at Monday's open, with tech stocks gaining a little ground on some developments involving Intel and IBM. The Nasdaq composite index was up 0.1 percent. The Dow Jones industrial average was down a few points. The Standard & Poor's 500 index gained less than a point.
