Stocks edge up at openU.S. markets post modest gains on morning after huge selloff.NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- U.S. stocks rebounded a little bit Wednesday, following the biggest one-day selloff since 2001. The Dow Jones industrial average was up 0.3 percent. The Nasdaq composite index added 0.2 percent. The Standard & Poor's 500 index was 0.2 percent higher.
