NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Here are some of the stocks actively trading on Friday:

Amgen (down $2.58 to $57.88, Charts) canceled a key clinical trial of colon cancer treatment Vectibix after discovering that the drug reduced chances of survival.

Bebe Stores (up $0.46 to $18.87, Charts) was upgraded to "Above Average" from "Below Average" by Caris, according to Briefing.com.

DaimlerChrysler's (up $3.72 to $81.32, Charts) division Chrysler is reportedly the target of a buyout offer by Magna International auto parts and a private equity firm, an analyst told Reuters.

Ford Motor Company's (up $0.14 to $8.22, Charts) stock benefits from positive news in the automotive sector.

General Motors (up $1.51 to $31.83, Charts) will pay stock bonuses to its top executives for the first time since 2003 after the company reversed a 2005 loss to make money in 2006.

ImClone Systems (Charts), a biotech company, is benefiting from the news that its competitor Amgen, is discontinuing its clinical trial of colon cancer treatment Vectibix.

Magna International Inc (up $0.68 to $75.69, Charts) joined with a private equity partner to offer to buy Chrysler Group for between $4.6 billion and $4.7 billion, an analyst told Reuters Friday.

NIKE (Charts) reported results that beat forecasts but its guidance was seen as disappointing and shares fell yesterday in after-hours trading.
