Mixed start for stocksU.S. markets continue their volatility at Thursday's open.NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- U.S. stocks continued to reflect investor uncertainty at Thursday's open, as positive earnings clashed with credit and economic concerns. The Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq composite index and the Standard & Poor's 500 index all rose about 0.1 percent, after having straddled the breakeven point in the first minutes.
