Fannie Mae delays quarterly filingThe mortgage finance company tells regulators it will postpone its report on form 10-Q.NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Fannie Mae told regulators Thursday that it will not be able to file its its quarterly report on form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30 in time. The mortgage finance company said it would file its annual report for 2006 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on form 10-K on August 16. Shares of Fannie Mae (Charts) closed up 1.2 percent to $65.93 on the New York Stock Exchange. Its shares edged higher in extended trading. |
