NEW YORK (Reuters) -- Lockheed Martin Corp. said on Friday its chief financial officer will take up the leadership of one of the company's main operating units, and be replaced as CFO by the finance chief of its plane building unit.
Under the changes, effective Sept. 1, current CFO Christopher Kubasik will lead Lockheed's electronic systems business area, succeeding Robert Coutts, who is retiring.
Bruce Tanner, currently vice president of finance at Lockheed's aeronautics unit, will replace Kubasik as CFO.
