Solid gains at Wall St. openTechs pace early advance as investors shake off credit concerns, focus on economy.NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- U.S. stocks rallied at the start of trading Monday as the credit concerns that plagued investors last week seemed to abate for the moment. The Dow Jones industrial average rose 0.6 percent. The Nasdaq composite index was 1 percent higher. The Standard & Poor's 500 index advanced 0.7 percent.
