Lower start for Wall StreetInvestors wary as Fed gets ready to begin policy meeting to determine rates.NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- U.S. stocks eased at the start of trading Tuesday as investors watched the Federal Reserve policy meeting for signs that a rate cut could be coming. The Dow Jones industrial average lost 0.3 percent. The Nasdaq composite index eased 0.4 percent. The Standard & Poor's 500 index was down 0.3 percent.
