The 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee is being recalled due to a potential problem with its air bags.

Fiat Chrysler is recalling 184,000 SUV's for a problem that could prevent the airbags from deploying.

The models affected are the 2014 Dodge Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee. The company said a potential short circuit may disable the airbags, activating the warning light. Fiat Chrysler (FCAU) said it is unaware of any injuries or accidents tied to the problem.

In April the company announced a recall of the 2014 Grand Cherokees and Durangos to fix a brake problem. The latest problem is similar to a recent recall of 850,000 cars by rival Ford Motor (F). The cost of the Ford recall is part of a reason the company issued an earnings warning last month.
