That comes out to roughly $4,000 per square foot.

The property is located on Carolwood Drive, which numerous celebrities have called home, including Frank Sinatra, Walt Disney, Elvis Presley and Clark Gable.

Legendary singer Barbra Streisand used to own a home on the property.

The master bedroom is massive at 5,300 square feet and comes with a heated outdoor patio area.

The home includes numerous guest houses, a lounge, wine room and a theater complex that has a separate valet entrance.

The home was built this year by developer Gala Asher, and is being listed by Ginger Glass of Coldwell Banker Previews International.

The 2.17-acre estate also has a heated indoor pool and hot tub, a hair salon, basketball and tennis courts and a private hiking trail.

There's a 10-car garage, but the property also offers parking for more than 50 vehicles.
