How do you deal with a cheapskate?

    1. When someone proves himself to be chronically cheap, do you:

       Avoid him
       Confront him
       Make like it's no big deal (in front of him anyway)


    2. What's more miserly in your opinion? Someone who always:

       Bums everything off everyone
