1931 Bentley 4 1/2-liter supercharged 2/3-Seater Boat Tail Roadster Sold for: $4,510,000 Gooding & Company This 1931 "blower" (supercharged) Bentley was one of only 50 made, and one of only two or three to carry coachwork by Gurney Nutting. The car's distinctive boat-tail body and green paint eventually earned it the nickname "Green Hornet." UK car collector Bill Klein bought the car and gave it to his wife, Ann. It remained a favorite of hers until her recent death.
