The disaster hunter
Cut him out like a subcutaneous blemish.
Rationale: Anything associated with his reign will be dogmeat in the months to come. The more you're identified with his agenda, the more doubtful your future becomes. You're wasting your time pursuing things that aren't important to the company.

Effectiveness: Indispensable. You must meld yourself into the culture. Make sure people see you as an individual in your own right. You are, you know. And you wanna live!
