How to deal with your crazy boss

Fortune's Stanley Bing shares his take on the five types of crazy bosses, and some strategies for dealing with one, from "Crazy Bosses" (Harper Collins).

The paranoid
Don't be too good.
Rationale: Being a nasty boy or girl is quite possibly the quickest way to a paranoid's heart. Your dubious acquiescence will be repaid with betrayal.

Effectiveness: Tasty.
