Help! My boss is nuts

In their own words, Stanleybing.com readers talk about the bullies, narcissists and other crazy bosses they spend their working days with.

A reader from Los Angeles writes:

I once had a mean boss with low self esteem. The chair at his desk was high up. The chairs across from him were low to the ground so that we was talking to you he could appear much larger than you to try to intimidate you. He berated employees in front of other employees. Telling one employee, HAHA take one for the team, even though he knew the employee was having a bad day. He also baited an employee so he could have an excuse to fire him.
