Smartphones for teens

Teens are demanding more and more from their cell phones, and phone makers are rushing to deliver. Here are a few examples of the new crop.

FlyPhone
FlyPhone
Price: $125 (without contract)*
A souped-up version of Firefly's five-button kiddie phone, this device is capable of sideloading ringtones, taking pictures and accessing the mobile Web, plus it offers parents a series of parental controls. Word of caution: Do not buy this phone for anyone over the age of 12, as they won't be caught dead with the still-childish looking device. Available end of September through Firefly and select retail channels.
