Teens are demanding more and more from their cell phones, and phone makers are rushing to deliver. Here are a few examples of the new crop.

Despite Motorola's recent financial woes, the Illinois-based mobile device maker is still the most popular phone maker among teens. Its newly upgraded RAZR2 is even slimmer than the original and allows users to watch video on both inside and outside screens. Available in Sprint stores September 4th.
