At the Taj Mahal of training centers, a fast-growing Indian outsourcing company lavishes attention on its recruits.

Hard and soft skills
Hard and soft skills
During their 14 weeks on campus, new recruits will learn to work on or program several different tech applications. The 4,000 trainees will spend most of their day inside state-of-the art training rooms equipped with Bose sound systems and Intel-powered computers learning these "hard skills."

Freshers will also be taught " soft skills," such as comportment, global etiquette and public speaking before leaving Mysore and being placed on a client assignment in India or overseas.
