Why we chose it: Wall Street will meet Hollywood in NYU's new MBA/MFA program, set to commence in the fall of 2008. NYU's Stern School of Business and Kanbar Institute of Film and Television will offer a joint three-year graduate degree designed to expose aspiring producers to the secrets of marketing films and new technology. Students will also learn how to finance creative projects by tapping industry outsiders, such as the members of New York's powerful hedge fund and investment banking communities.
