Why we chose it: One of the first institutions to offer courses in entrepreneurship, Babson spreads the entrepreneurial spirit among all incoming students with its Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurship experience. During the yearlong course, which is required, first-years are divided into sections and assigned the task of coming up with a viable business concept. Under the guidance of faculty from all disciples, each section uses university funding to form, develop, and liquidate a product-based company.
