New York, NY
Why we chose it: Silicon Valley meets Wall Street at Berkeley's executive MBA program, a joint initiative with Columbia University's business school. With entrepreneurship centers at both universities, students can elect to take courses ranging from opportunity identity to business plan development. Faculty includes academics and practitioners, such as serial entrepreneur Steve Blank, co-founder of Ardent and MIPS Computers and a director of Cafepress.com and Macrovision.
