25 top programs for undergrads

Even freshmen have visions of startups at these top spots.

University of Arizona
University of Arizona
Tucson, AZ
Tuition: $16,282 (In-state: $5,048)

Why we chose it: The young Wildcats of Arizona must study business for two years before applying to the school's vaunted Entrepreneurship Program, in which candidates attempt to launch startups. The program also pairs undergrads with students from the School of Engineering who have developed new technologies. "There's a huge push at every university in the country to commercialize, but Arizona works hard at accommodating a wide range of ideas," says Randy Swangard, director of the Lundquist Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Oregon.
