Los Angeles - The Azzura
The art of a condo development
The Azzura in Marina del Rey has associated itself with some of the most expensive brands in the world: Some of their names - Warhol, Rauschenberg and Lichtenstein. The building incorporates original works from these and other artists on every floor.

There are more than 250 individual works ranging from photographs by Dennis Hopper to abstract painting by Jim Dine to sculpture by Dale Chihuly. If owners tire of viewing the art, they can turn their gazes to the fantastic harbor, ocean and cityscape views out their windows.

The building provides concierge and bellman services, valet guest parking and a recreation director. There's also a media lounge with an executive board room and periodical library, a pool terrace with barbecue and cabanas, fitness center and sky lounge.

Prices: From $700,000 for a one bedroom to $4.6 million for a penthouse. It's more than 80 percent sold.
