If it sounds strange to have incentives on 2009 models in October, 2008, incentives on 2009 Honda's sounds surreal. Honda, with its line-up of fuel-efficient smaller models, has been one of the more resilient carmakers.
This being Honda, though, it's not a big "cash on the hood" deal or even a splashy 0% financing plan. Honda's offering 1.9% financing for 36 months or 3.9% financing for 60 months.
Perhaps even more surprisingly, there are also leasing incentives on the 2009 Honda Civic. You can have one of those for $199 a month with $2,799 due at signing.
