2009 Toyota Corolla
Price: $15,350 - $18,860
Fuel economy: 35 Hwy, 26 City
Deal: $1,000 rebate

Among the benefits for Toyota customers is putting a rare - for Toyota - cash rebate on the brand-new version of the popular Corolla.

Toyota redesigned the world's best-selling car this year. Always a worthwhile economy model, the Corolla looks a little better dressed now, a little richer than its budget price tag.
