Fullove is considered an old-timer at Google; she's been at the company since 2002 and has worked on seven different products including AdSense, Checkout and the now-defunct Google Answers. A former collegiate athlete (she ran long distance for Stanford) she's developing a training program for the company's marketing department while preparing to try out for the 2008 Olympic marathon in Beijing. "The whole environment at Google is really conducive to my personal life," says Fullove, 30, who uses the company's Mountain View gym and grounds for training. She also happened to meet her husband, Ramsey Allington, a book-search manager, at the Googleplex.
