Faces of the future

"The best thing about my job is the reflection of human ingenuity and genius that I see everyday. I was trained to do this job by someone else who had also been trained to do this job, but someone had to figure all this out. Somebody somewhere had to tame this beast that is the steel-making process and figure out how to do this. The whole process is like watching the inner workings of an old hand-made pocket watch; everything just works perfectly, everything just fits perfectly. That's just amazing to me."
