Skilling, who has an appeal underway, got a sentence twice as long as other Enron convicts. When Fortune raised red flags about Enron in 2001, he dismissed doubters "who want to throw rocks at us." Skilling had previously been held at the Federal Corrections Institution in Waseca, Minn., but he was transferred to Englewood when Waseca became a female-only facility in late 2008.
