We asked top money managers to give us their picks of the FSB 100 2008 stocks that hold the most promise for future returns.

Wireless satellite communications company Globecomm Systems (No. 67) is a top tech pick of Michael Corbett, portfolio manager of the five-star Perritt Micro Cap Opportunities fund. With many mid-sized firms and government organizations as customers, Globecomm is enjoying a business boom: "Their backlog is at a record high and they are bringing in a ton of new business," Corbett says.

The stock is still a great buy at today's levels, he believes, trading at about $10 a share, or about 10 times cash flow. As a nice cushion, the company boasts cash reserves of $2.50 per share.
