Sound quality: No background noise issues, but others were a bit louder and clearer

Comfort: This headset comes with optional over-the-ear mounts but it fits just fine out of the box.

Bottom line: The Nokia BH-803 treads the middle ground between too big and too small. The low-profile styling and easy-to-find buttons are a definite plus.
