La Tourangelle's Nut and Truffle Oils
Roasted pistachio oil is among the latest offerings from La Tourangelle, a specialty oil manufacturer based in Richmond, Calif. To make its oils, La Tourangelle first sun-dries the nuts before roasting them in French 75-gallon cast iron kettles. The company's line include almond, hazelnut, pecan and pumpkin seed oils.
