These luxury homes have been stuck on the market for months.

Las Vegas, $1.2 million
This property's been on the market for nine months without dropping a cent in price. With a pool and patio outside and a working fireplace and spiral staircases inside, the seven-bedroom house should have buyers lining up. But Realtor Tom Love says that unless owners "[can tolerate taking] a loss," luxury homes in Las Vegas are a hard sell.
