Denver: Cherry Creek
Price: $825,000

Prices in Denver fell just 5.5% in the past year, the smallest price decline of 20 major U.S. markets measured by S&P/Case-Shiller. This 3,600-square-foot town house in Cherry Creek is within walking distance of several parks and the upscale Cherry Creek Shopping Center. And Denver's Opera house is just a ten-minute car ride away.
