People are willing to pay for web content, says Bob Iger, and he's positioning Disney to capitalize on that.

This spring, Disney took an equity stake in Hulu.com, the second-most watched video site.

It's just part of making sure, Iger says, that Disney has "one hand in the present and one hand in the future."
